International Shipping Important Information

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused Condition: Items must be unused and in original, resalable condition
- Original Packaging: All items must be in their original packaging with all materials included
- Within 30 Days: Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order number and receipt
- Original Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached (no cutting or removal)
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-engraved items
- Blessed or energetically treated items (upon request)
- Items with visible signs of wear or damage
- Damaged items due to shipping (these are handled separately)
- Clearance or final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Digital products or downloadable content
How to Initiate a Return

We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.
Pack your item securely and ship it to us using the provided label. Keep your tracking number.

Product Exchanges

- If exchanging for an item of equal or lesser value, return shipping is free
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll pay the difference
- Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll send you a replacement or provide a full refund—your choice
- No return shipping required for damaged items
